As a matter a fact, I pre-ordered Excelsius so don't drop your conclusions that fast! The album however is great, yes. Though it's mainly another genre then Trailerhead, so that's why I guess most of the people don't list it here.

Groupé has a gift which enables him to create very powerfull drama cues, as we can hear on Excelsius. I like how he succeeded in creating longer cues, but those are still affecting me, and still have the touch of the original cues.

I was also very happy to receive a bonus disc with 5 more tracks and on top of that Groupés signature.

I'm willing to bet that all of you who listed Trailerhead/Globus/etc. as the best haven't listened to Excelcius yet. I love Trailerhead, it's definitely a great album, but I listened to it after hearing Larry Groupe's Excelcius and it just wasn't as powerful by comparison. Excelcius is masterfully composed and orchestrated. And it's so diverse that I've never tired of listening to it. Every track is strong. I dare you to listen to it and see if you think anything else still holds up. ;) Nothing did for me, at least.

The Savage Tongue and trailer head are my favourite. there are only a small ammount of songs i listen to on epicon like diem ex di,preliator and orchard of mines dont like the others. I am looking foward to nemeis 2 and genesis and 2nd album from globus like everyone else. And i love the epic score albums to Sirens call and deadly deception and the time has come are amazing.

I have to agree with most of you - Trailerhead and Globus are my top two. I also like Unearthed and Position Music - Orchestral Series Vol II. And I too can't wait for Nemesis/Genesis to come out!!! I'm also excited for Globus's 2nd album to come out early next year! 

Hmmm... I prefer not to wait for it for Christmas. At least, if it's released before, it will be such a good news!

Anyways, I think The Savage Tongue is the best, but I can't wait for Nemesis II. I wonder how long it will take, because I think I'll put it on my wishlist for Christmas.

At the moment the best comercial albums are "Trailerhead & Epicon". I'm waiting now for the public releases of Two Steps From Hell's Nemesis 2 & Genesis. I think they're very great & my favourite's soon.

Trailerhead and Epicon are the best. I hope that there will be more comercial albums soon.
